Sec. 1.91  Bottled distilled spirits.

    The provisions of the Act, which forbid any person to sell, offer to 
sell, contract to sell, or otherwise dispose of warehouse receipts for 
distilled spirits in bulk, do not apply to warehouse receipts for 
bottled distilled spirits.
