Sec. 21.42  Formula No. 17.

    (a) Formula. To every 100 gallons of alcohol add:

    Five-hundredths (0.05) gallon (6.4 fluid ounces) of bone oil 
(Dipple's oil).

    (b) Authorized uses. (1) As a solvent:
