An employee may: (a) Register and vote in any election; (b) Act as recorder, watcher, challenger, or similar officer at polling places; (c) Serve as an election judge or clerk, or in a similar position; and (d) Drive voters to polling places for a partisan political candidate, partisan political group, or political party. Example: An employee may drive voters to polling places in a privately owned vehicle, but not in a Government-owned or leased vehicle.
