Sec. 729.105  Types of peanuts.

    Peanuts shall be classified by type into one of the following types 
as identified and determined by the Federal-State Inspection Service:
    (a) Runner;
    (b) Spanish;
    (c) Valencia; or
    (d) Virginia.
