PART 738--WOOL WAREHOUSES--Table of Contents

Sec. 738.40 Excess storage.

If at any time a warehouseman is offered wool in such quantity that
to store it would result in exceeding his licensed capacity, he shall so
arrange the wool as not to obstruct free access thereto and the proper
use of sprinkler or other fire protection equipment provided for such
warehouse and shall immediately apply to the Administrator to have the
licensed capacity increased. Until such increase is granted, no receipt
shall be issued for such wool.
