Sec. 738.51  Examination.

    Each applicant for a license as a grader or weigher and each grader 
or weigher shall, whenever requested by an authorized agent of the 
Department designated by the Administrator for the purpose, submit to an 
examination or test to show his ability properly to perform the duties 
of a licensed grader or weigher.
