Sec. 741.21  Return of receipt before delivery of sirup.

    Except as permitted by law or by this part, a warehouseman shall not 
deliver sirup for which he was issued a negotiable receipt until the 
receipt has been returned to him and canceled, and shall not deliver 
sirup for which he has

issued a nonnegotiable receipt until such receipt has been returned to 
him or he has obtained from the person lawfully entitled to such 
delivery, or his authorized agent, a written order therefor.
