Sec. 741.39  Care in storage.

    Each warehouseman shall keep the stock stored in his licensed 
warehouse in an orderly manner, shall provide sufficient aisle space so 
as to permit easy and ready access to any and all lots of sirup stored 
therein, and shall so store each lot of sirup as to facilitate sampling 
of sirup and inspection for condition. The warehouseman shall at all 
times keep his warehouse clean and free from all litter.
