Sec. 332.1  Offering of bonds.

    The Secretary of the Treasury offered for sale to the people of the 
United States, Unites States Savings Bonds of Series H, hereinafter 
generally referred to as ``Series H bonds'' or ``bonds''. This offer was 
terminated on December 31, 1979.
