Sec. 351.0  Offering of bonds.

    The Secretary of the Treasury offers for sale to the people of the 
United States, United States Savings Bonds of Series EE, hereinafter 
referred to as Series EE bonds or bonds. This offer, effective May 1, 
1997, will continue until terminated by the Secretary of the Treasury.
