Sec. 650.51  Purpose.

                                 General


    This chapter sets forth guidance and procedure for the DA 
implementation of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act of 1972 
(FWPCA) (Pub. L. 92-500) and the water pollution control regulations 
promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Coast 
Guard, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and State and regional water 
pollution control authorities. Additional guidance regarding discharge 
of hazardous and toxic materials appears in subpart F of this part.
