Sec. 650.81  Purpose.

                                 General


    The provisions contained in this chapter implement the Clean Air Act 
of 1970 (Pub. L. 91-604 as amended) and the applicable Federal and State 
Regulations issued pursuant to this Act; Executive Order 11752, 
Prevention, Control, and Abatement of Environmnetal Pollution at Federal 
Facilities; and DOD Instruction 4120.14, Air and Water Pollution 
Control.
