Sec.  237.7  What regulations apply?

    The following regulations apply to the Christa McAuliffe Fellowship 
Program:
    (a) The Education Department General Administrative Regulations 
(EDGAR) in 34 CFR 75.60 and 75.61 (regarding the ineligibility of 
certain individuals to receive assistance) and part 77 (Definitions That 
Apply to Department Regulations.
    (b) The regulations in this part 237.
