Sec.  350.31  What collaboration must a Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center engage in?

    A Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center must be operated by or 
in collaboration with--
    (a) One or more institutions of higher education; or
    (b) One or more nonprofit organizations.
