Sec. 363.51 What are the allowable administrative costs? (a) Administrative costs--general. Expenditures are allowable for the following administrative costs: (1) Administration of the State plan supplement for this program. (2) Planning program development, and personnel development to implement a system of supported employment services. (3) Monitoring, supervision, and evaluation of this program. (4) Technical assistance to other State agencies, private nonprofit organizations, and businesses and industries. (b) Limitation on administrative costs. Not more than five percent of a State's allotment may be expended for administrative costs for carrying out this program. (Authority: 29 U.S.C. 795n)
