Sec.  363.55  What are the requirements for successfully rehabilitating an individual in supported employment?

    An individual with the most severe disabilities who is receiving 
supported employment services is considered to

be successfully rehabilitated if the individual maintains a supported 
employment placement for 60 days after making the transition to extended 
services.
