Sec. 369.43 What are the affirmative action plan requirements affecting grantees? A recipient of Federal assistance must develop and implement an affirmative action plan to employ and advance in employment qualified individuals with disabilities. This plan must provide for specific action steps, timetables, and complaint and enforcement procedures necessary to assure affirmative action.
