Sec. 379.31 What other factors does the Secretary consider in reviewing an application? In addition to the selection criteria in Sec. 379.30, the Secretary, in making awards under this program, considers-- (a) The equitable distribution of projects among the States; and (b) The past performance of the applicant in carrying out a similar PWI project under previously awarded grants, as indicated by factors such as compliance with grant conditions, soundness of programmatic and financial management practices, and meeting the requirements of Subpart F of this part.
