(a) Applications for Statewide demonstration projects under Sec. 380.4 may be submitted by public and nonprofit community rehabilitation programs, designated State units, and other public and private agencies and organizations. (b) Applications for community-based projects under Sec. 380.5 may be submitted by public and nonprofit community rehabilitation programs, designated State units, and other public and private agencies and organizations. (c) Applications for technical assistance projects under Sec. 380.6 may be submitted by public agencies and nonprofit private organizations that have experience in training and provision of supported employment services.
