Sec. 17.48  Priorities for inpatient care.

    The Under Secretary for Health may establish priorities for 
admission to hospital, nursing home, and domiciliary care consistent 
with Sec. 17.46 to facilitate management of VA health care facilities 
and to help assure prompt delivery of care.
