Sec. 123.3  Coordination with other programs.

    Issuance of State permits under this part may be coordinated with 
issuance of RCRA, UIC, NPDES, and 404 permits whether they are 
controlled by the State, EPA, or the Corps of Engineers. See Sec. 124.4.
