Sec. 300.212  Area response drills.

    The OSC periodically shall conduct drills of removal capability 
(including fish and wildlife response capability), without prior notice, 
in areas for which ACPs are required by Sec. 300.210(c) and under 
relevant tank vessel and facility response plans.
