Sec. 101-20.313  Explosives.

    No person entering or while on property shall carry or possess 
explosives, or items intended to be used to fabricate an explosive or 
incendiary device, either openly or concealed, except for official 
purposes. (Weapons, see title 18, U.S. Code 930.)
