A State plan must include a description of the method the State uses to-- (a) Involve the public in both the design and initial implementation of the program; (b) Ensure ongoing public involvement once the State plan has been implemented; and (c) Ensure interaction with Indian Tribes and organizations in the State on the development and implementation of the procedures required at Sec. 457.125.
