Sec. 457.353  Monitoring and evaluation of screening process.

    States must monitor and establish a mechanism to evaluate the screen 
and enroll process described at Sec. 457.350 to ensure that children who 
are screened potentially eligible for Medicaid are enrolled in Medicaid, 
if eligible, and that children who are found ineligible for Medicaid are 
enrolled in the separate child health program, if eligible.
