Sec. 423.10  Criminal penalty for violations of this part.

    In accordance with Section 1(b) of Public Law 107-69, anyone 
responsible for violation of the provisions of this part is subject to a 
fine under subchapter 227, subchapter C of title 18 United States Code, 
can be imprisoned for not more than 6 months, or both.
