                          Subpart D--Suspension
 
Sec. 1229.420  Scope of suspension.

    The scope of a suspension is the same as the scope of a debarment 
(see Sec. 1229.325), except that the procedures of Secs. 1229.410 
through 1229.413 shall be used in imposing a suspension.
