Sec. 1309.41  Record retention.

    All records pertinent to the purchase of a facility must be retained 
by the grantee for a period equal to the period of the grantee's 
ownership of the facility plus three years.

    Effective Date Note: At 64 FR 5949, Feb. 8, 1999, Sec. 1309.41 was 
added. This section contains information collection requirements and 
will not be effective until approval has been given by the Office of 
Management and Budget.
