The Office of Management and Budget approved the information collection requirements contained in this part 14 under 44 U.S.C. 3507 and assigned OMB Control Number 1018-0092. The Service may not conduct or sponsor, and you are not required to respond, to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. We are collecting this information to provide information about wildlife imports or exports, including product and parts, and to facilitate enforcement of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 as amended (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.) and to carry out the provisions of the convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. We estimate the public reporting burden for these reporting requirements to vary from 10 to 15 minutes per response.
