Sec. 263.13  Change of time limits.

    Except as otherwise provided by law, the administrative law judge 
may, for good cause shown, extend the time limits prescribed by the 
Uniform Rules or by any notice or order issued in the proceedings. After 
the referral of the case to the Board pursuant to Sec. 263.38, the Board 
may grant extensions of the time limits for good cause shown. Extensions 
may be granted at the motion of a party after notice and opportunity to 
respond is afforded all non-moving parties or sua sponte by the Board or 
the administrative law judge.
