Sec. 1280.218  Exporter.

    Each person exporting live lambs shall remit to the Board an 
assessment on such lambs at the time of export at the rate established 
in Sec. 1280.217(e). An exporter directly exporting his or her own lambs 
shall remit an assessment to the Board at the rate established in 
Sec. 1280.217(e).
