Sec. 1753.28  Contract amendments.

    (a) The general requirements for contract amendments are set forth 
in Sec. 1753.11.
    (b) The borrower shall prepare construction contract amendments on 
RUS Contract Form 238, Construction or Equipment Contract Amendments.
