Sec. 1778.32  Grant cancellation.

    The State Program Official may prepare and execute Form RD 1940-10, 
``Cancellation of U.S. Treasury Check and/or Obligation,'' in accordance 
with the Forms Manual Insert. If the docket has been forwarded to OGC, 
that office should receive a copy of Form RD 1940-10. The applicant's 
attorney and engineer may be provided a copy of Form RD 1940-10. A copy 
should also be sent to the National Office, Attention: Water and Waste 
Processing.
