The plans and specifications of a container submitted in accordance with the requirements contained in Sec. 115.29, and the one or more containers inspected in accordance with the requirements of Sec. 115.31, must comply with the requirements of Annex 7 of the Customs Convention on the International Transport of Goods Under Cover of TIR Carnets (TIR Convention), November 14, 1975 (TIAS), and Annex 4 of the Customs Convention on Containers (Container Convention), December 2, 1972.
