Sec. 628.800  Scope and purpose.


    This subpart contains the regulations for the Year-round Youth 
Program under part C of title II of the Act. The regulations in part 627 
of this chapter and subpart E of this part apply to the Year-round Youth 
program to the extent that they do not conflict with the provisions of 
this subpart.
