The Job Corps Director shall develop procedures to ensure that as a condition of enrollment and continued enrollment: (a) Each male applicant 18 years of age or older has evidence that he has complied with section 3 of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 453), by presenting and submitting to registration if required pursuant to such section; and (b) When a male student turns 18 years of age after enrollment, he submits to the center operator evidence that he has complied with section 3 of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 453), by presenting and submitting to registration if required pursuant to such section. (Section 504)
