Sec. 641.414  Grant closeout procedures.

    Grantees shall follow the grant closeout procedures at 29 CFR 97.50 
or 29 CFR 95.71, as appropriate. As necessary, the Department shall 
issue supplementary closeout instructions for all title V grantees.
