(a) The designated State agency must maintain a list of all eligible training programs and providers in the State (the ``State list''). [[Page 758]] (b) The State list is a compilation of the eligible programs and providers identified or retained by local areas and that have not been removed under Secs. 663.535(g) and 663.565.
