                 Subpart D--Supplemental Youth Services
 
Sec. 668.410  What entities are eligible to receive supplemental youth services funding?

    Eligible recipients for supplemental youth services funding are 
limited to those tribal, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian and Oklahoma 
tribal grantees funded under WIA section 166(d)(2)(A)(i), or other 
grantees serving those areas and/or populations specified in 
Sec. 668.400, that received funding under title II-B of the Job Training 
Partnership Act, or that are designated to serve an eligible area as 
specified in WIA section 166(d)(2)(A)(ii).
