                 Subpart D--Supplemental Youth Services
 
Sec. 668.420  What are the planning requirements for receiving supplemental youth services funding?

    Beginning with PY 2000, eligible INA grantees must describe the 
supplemental youth services which they intend to provide in their Two 
Year Plan (described more fully in Secs. 668.710 and 668.720). This Plan 
includes the target population the grantee intends to serve, for 
example, drop-outs, juvenile offenders, and/or college students. It also 
includes the performance measures/standards to be utilized to measure 
program progress.
