(a) Centers must ensure that a student has the right to worship or not worship as he or she chooses. (b) Religious services may not be held on center unless the center is so isolated that transportation to and from community religious facilities is impractical. (c) If religious services are held on center, no Federal funds may be paid to those who conduct services. Services may not be confined to one religious denomination, and centers may not require students to attend services. (d) Students who believe their religious rights have been violated may file complaints under the procedures set forth in 29 CFR part 37.
