Sec. 984.204  On-site facilities.

    Each PHA may, subject to the approval of HUD, make available and 
utilize common areas or unoccupied dwelling units in public housing 
projects (or for IHAs, in Indian housing projects) to provide supportive 
services under an FSS program, including a Section 8 FSS program.
