The information collection requirement contained in Sec. 13.11 has been approved by the Office of Management and Budget under 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq. [[Page 61]] and assigned clearance number 1076-0112. The information is being collected when federally recognized tribes request reassumption of jurisdiction over child custody proceedings.
