Sec. 21.48  Formula No. 23-F.

    (a) Formula. To every 100 gallons of alcohol add:

Three pounds of salicylic acid, U.S.P., 1 pound of resorcinol 
(resorcin), U.S.P., and 1 gallon of bergamot oil, N.F. XI, or bay oil 
(myrcia oil), N.F. XI.

    (b) Authorized uses. (1) As a solvent:
