A request for an ``opinion letter'' shall be in writing, signed by the person making the request, addressed to the Chairman, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, 1801 L Street, NW., Washington, DC 20507 and shall contain: (a) The names and addresses of the person making the request and of other interested persons.
