Sec. 1650.109  Source of deductions.

    Except as provided in Sec. 1600.735-513 and Sec. 1600.735-514 of 
this subpart, deductions will be made only from basic pay, special pay, 
incentive pay, retired pay, retainer pay or in the case of an employee 
not entitled to basic pay, other authorized pay.
