Any action that the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to take pursuant to Executive Order 13192 of January 17, 2001 (66 FR 7379, January 23, 2001) and any further Executive orders relating to the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13088 of June 9, 1988 (63 FR 32109, June 12, 1998) may be taken by the Director of the Office of Foreign Assets Control or by any [[Page 887]] other person to whom the Secretary of the Treasury has delegated authority so to act.
