Sec. 69.1  Purpose.

    This part prescribes policies and procedures for the establishment 
and operation of elected School Boards for schools operated by the 
Department of Defense (DoD) under 10 U.S.C. 2164, 32 CFR part 345, and 
Public Law 92-463.
