Sec. 150.119  Notification to the Commandant.

    The licensee shall give notice, in writing, to the Commandant upon 
receipt of the American Bureau of Shipping:
    (a) ``Interim Class Certificate''; and
    (b) ``Classification Certificate'' for an SPM at a deepwater port.
