Sec. 150.315  Clearances for support vessels.

    (a) The Vessel Traffic Supervisor shall direct support vessel 
movements within the safety zone.
    (b) The Vessel Traffic Supervisor may clear support vessels to enter 
or depart the safety zone at any point.
